The wheels arrived Nov 30th, and of course, we didn't have a chance to put them on the bot for several days.

Wheels

We needed a support for the front end, so a binder clip was attached as a temporary fix.

Cindy used her new light box setup to take the pictures. They turned out pretty good, but I think she's still fine tuning the technique.

Originally I had wanted to build this robot and take it to the December meeting of YAAARC on December 12th. Unfortunately, I'm going on travel for my work all week that week, so we won't be able to go. So some of the urgency for getting it done quickly is gone.

For the next meeting, we'll have the robot ready to run. The next item on the agenda is some programming to make it move around a bit. After that, we'll start adding sensors.
